Is the 15% lifetime or temporary?▾

Lifetime. As long as your referral uses Linkrevvy and generates revenue, you earn your 15% commission. There's no time limit.

Are my referrals penalized by the 15% I earn?▾

No. The 15% is deducted from Linkrevvy's margin, not from your referrals' earnings. Your referrals receive exactly the same revenue as users without a referrer.
